How does Taylor Stay so Skinny with her eating habits?

Taylor Swift has some strange eating habits, especially in regards to what is backstage at her concerts. Her rider, which is her list of things she needs provided by the venue where she’s performing, included an odd combination of foods. She has to have a grande iced caramel latte with Two Sweet’N Lows and a grande iced Americano with two Sweet’N Lows and soy milk, according to Yahoo News.
Here’s the thing: there are approximately 16 calories in a packet of sugar, so she saves a grand total of 64 calories by using Sweet’N Low.
It doesn’t appear she uses Sweet’N Low because she’s diabetic or anything. The rest of the foods she wants available are pumpkin loaf, Ben and Jerry’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Chocolate Brownie Frozen Yogurt.
In fact, it might even be a savings of calories if she were to just have sugar in her coffee and skip the ice cream.
How in the heck does she stay so skinny?
